Day 2: Baku City and Old Town Exploration
Begin your adventure in the vibrant capital with our Baku cultural tour. Visit the Alley of Honor, paying respects at the grave of the legendary Muslim Magomayev. Day 4: Discover the Historic Charm of Sheki
Begin the Sheki tour the next day with a visit to the ancient Church of Kish, a site of former pagan worship that became one of the earliest Christian churches in Caucasian Albania. Next, explore the magnificent Sheki Khans' Palace, built in the 18th century. Admire the exquisite Shebeke windows, crafted with intricate patterns and colorful glass without a single nail or glue. Step back in time at the Sheki Caravanserai, a 17th-century inn on the historic Silk Road, where merchants once rested during their long journeys. After this historic stops we’ll travel right to the Sheki WWII Memorial Park, which offers panoramic views of the ancient city and a tribute to the victory over fascism.
Throughout the tour, you'll have the opportunity to browse traditional shops selling Sheki silk, souvenirs, crafts, and taste the renowned Sheki sweets, crafted by generations of local halva makers.
